So Samin Nosrat is totally our favourite food stuff teacher, and we love Salt Fat Acid Heat (both the book and the show). It's a little overwhelming at times but totally taught us a lot about how to lovingly balance tastes. But we had even more fun with the podcast Home Cooking that she did together with Hrishikesh Hirway.
